Flood Warranty:

Flood coverage is required for all risks located in a Special Hazard Flood Area (SHFA) and within 1-mile distance to the coast.
The limit on the flood policy must be equal to the lower of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) maximum limit or the building value.
SHFAs include flood zones: A, AO, AE, AH, A1 through A30, A99, AR, V, VE and V1 through V30.
