When the employee is injured

• Emergency - Dial 911 immediately.
• Non-emergency - Send the injured worker to the nearest urgent care facility or panel physician provided by Normandy, depending on state regulations.
  

Request post accident drug test
Call the clinic and ask them to perform a post-accident drug test. Normandy Insurance will cover 100% of the cost.

Report the Injury ASAP.
All you need is basic employer information, name and contact info of the injured worker and a brief explanation of the incident. More information is better, but never wait to report a claim because of missing information. We'll collect missing information at a later time.
