If you don’t know, Google My Business (GMB) lets you freely promote your business website and the Google Profile you create in Google Search and Maps, making it easier for prospective clients to find you. Try to encourage your clients to leave reviews to help you generate more business. So long as you’re amicable and ask after an excellent service experience, they’re more likely to help you out.

It can be a powerful marketing tool to leverage, allowing you to keep information current to folks making quick Google searches. Alert them to new products, industry trends, carrier discounts, and other events relevant to your business. It keeps your listing fresh and continues to build credibility and trust for visitors. Just ensure that whatever information you update, it’s consistent with your website and other digital spaces.
