Coronavirus Update

Normandy Insurance Company is making a concerted effort to keep our employees safe from the coronavirus and doing what we can to reduce the spread of the virus by closing our physical offices and continuing operations remotely until further notice. During this time, we will continue operations as usual including processing submissions, quoting and issuing policies, processing endorsements, claims management, paying agency commissions, phone audits, and general servicing of our policies. We are committed to stopping the spread of the coronavirus.

As such, we have suspended business travel until further notice – this includes marketing visits, meetings, conferences, etc. While marketing functions will be temporarily disrupted, you can reach your marketing representative via the phone or email at any time.
